Garbhasanskar (Pregnancy Care) Session -On request Informational session over 2 days for pregnant women and couples about pregnancy care according to Ayurveda covering healthy diet, lifestyle practices to be followed, pranayam (breathing exercises), how to deal with common problems of pregnancy, etc Can be attended by all pregnant women preferably before week 32 of pregnancy so that there is time to apply what is learnt! Also suitable for couples planning to conceive.
