The Prenatal Yoga Class offers a safe, restorative Yoga practice with Pranayams and Asanas which are appropriate for pregnancy. The class provides gentle exercise for pregnant women and  stretches & tones the body in preparation for childbirth.


You can start Prenatal Yoga classes with us if you:
-  are currently between  week 14 to 24  of your pregnancy
-  do not have any medical complications  
- have your gynecologist's permission to attend a Prenatal Yoga class  ​
 
Classes are held at our center in Bellandur, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore, and Online for pan India and international students. Those working or living in RMZ Ecoworld (Brookfield  Ecoworld), Ecospace, Embassy Tech Village, Pritech Park SEZ, Kadubeesanahalli, Kariyammana Agrahara, Panathur, Pembrook Layout, Munireddy Layout, Deverabisanahalli, Bellandur, Kaikondrahalli, Doddakanneli, Bhoganhalli, Sarjapur Road and nearby areas  can opt for the in person class, others can take advantage of the Online class.

During the first trimester, the Prenatal Yoga class is not recommended. At that time,  it is preferrable to walk daily outdoors according to your capacity, get adequate sleep and listen to soothing, uplifting music like -
