ONLINE - PRENATAL YOGA batch
5 - 6 pm  IST,   Monday & Thursday - Session starting 
1st August ,2024. 3 weeks session
9 - 10 am  IST,   Monday & Thursday - Session starting 
1st August, 2024. 3 weeks session

You can join  the Prenatal Yoga class if you are currently between week 14 to 24  of your pregnancy,
and have taken your doctor's permission to attend a pregnancy exercise/ prenatal yoga class.
